Urban – because all the team live and work in the vast urban area of the Black Country which is a sub-region of the West Midlands Region and their work involves them in the urban environment with its challenges and opportunities. Industrial – because it is concerned with industry and those who work in it, and with the way industry and the economy shapes and moulds peoples’ lives and values. Mission – because mission means “being sent” and all are Christians with a sense of being sent by God to work, witness and serve here and engage with the economic order of which we are all part.
