Urban because all the team live and work in the vast urban area of the Black Country which is a sub-region of the West Midlands Region and their work involves them in the urban environment with its challenges and opportunities. Industrial because it is concerned with industry and those who work in it, and with the way industry and the economy shapes and moulds peoples lives and values. Mission because mission means being sent and all are Christians with a sense of being sent by God to work, witness and serve here and engage with the economic order of which we are all part.
